Methods of Payment: We accept PayPal, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks and of course Cash. With PayPal we will ship upon clearance of funds. With Cashiers Checks and Cash we will ship upon receipt. With Personal Checks there will be a hold of as much as ten days or until the funds clear. We will not ship COD under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Delivery: All orders will be shipped on Wednesday afternoon no matter which day the auction may end. If you are not in to accept delivery it may be returned to us. At that time we will only re-ship an order upon request. If the package is shipped to you the second time we will charge you the initial shipping charge that we incurred plus the re-shipment charges. If a shipment is refused twice we will not reship any merchandise until all charges are paid in full. All future orders must be prepaid.
Damaged Merchandise: Merchandise damaged by the shipping company. All merchandise leaving our location is in good condition and inspected. If an item is damaged in transit you should immediately notify the carrier and always sign for any package that appears to be damaged (dented boxes, crushed boxes, open boxes, etc.) "Accepted by:____________Your signature_____________________Damaged." Please write damaged next to your signature. This is very important! All merchandise is insured for the full amount and it is the responsibility of the carrier to properly deliver the items shipped. Sometimes items are damaged and the outside of the shipping container appears in good condition. This can happen by excessive handling of the shipment. If you find that you have an item that is damaged after the driver leaves, call the carrier immediately and report the damage. This is considered "concealed damage". Save the shipping box and packing material, if any. This is imperative. An inspector will examine the damaged merchandise and file a claim on your behalf.
Core Returns: All cores must be returned with the core tags provided and in the original manufacturer's box. Cores must be returned directly to us by the customer. Call tags are not issued for any core returns. To insure that you receive the proper credit the core must not be missing any parts, it must be returned with the core tag that was packaged with the part and returned in the original manufacturer's box. The manufacturer's box must be placed inside another shipping carton. The word "Core" must be written on both sides of the shipping box to ensure proper credit will be issued.
